At the core of the Airpura G700DLX is a premium, German-sourced activated carbon selected for its high adsorption capacity and low emissions. It is specially processed to produce no added odors and minimal carbon dust, making it a reliable choice for individuals with chemical sensitivities or MCS.

The G700DLX is purpose-built to address high concentrations of airborne chemicals and VOCs. It performs exceptionally well in homes, workshops, and commercial spaces where gas-phase contaminants are of particular concern. Its filtration system combines an organic cotton pre-filter, a substantial 26 lb, 3” deep activated carbon bed, and a HEPA barrier post-filter—working together to deliver thorough, heavy-duty chemical removal.

The G700DLX is widely used in demanding settings including healthcare facilities, nursing homes, clinics, and dental offices, where maintaining cleaner indoor air is critical. The Airpura G700DLX absorbs and traps the following from your environment in spaces up to 2000 sq. ft:

• Airborne Particulates: Includes common allergens, pet dander, mold spores, mycotoxins, dust, pollen, and lint. Removing many of these environmental allergens will help reduce allergy and chemical sensitivity symptoms, as well as the onset of more severe adverse health effects.
• Chemicals & Gasses: The G700DLX removes a wide spectrum of airborne chemicals, gasses and odors including ammonia, toluene, pesticides and benzene.
• Common Household VOCs: Many manufactured household items contain various amounts of volatile organic compounds. Plastic products, adhesives, cleaners, and construction materials all contain and release these harmful chemicals into the air. This can lead to minor symptoms such as headache and nausea, yet may also have significant adverse health effects including severe respiratory issues.

3-Stage Comprehensive Filtration:

1. Pre-Filter — An organic cotton pre-filter grabs and traps large particles such as hair, lint, dust and dander,  and in doing so extends the life of the HEPA and carbon filters. Measures 570 sq. inches and 1 inch deep. Change every 12 months and vacuum clean for better performance.
2. Carbon Filter — Extra large 26 lbs., 3” deep activated carbon bed impregnated with potassium iodide, formulated with a special blend of German carbon for those with chemical sensitivities. The carbon filter will typically need changing every two years depending on air quality and usage.
3. HEPA-Barrier Post-Filter – 306 sq. in. HEPA barrier traps both carbon dust and additional airborne particulates. Can last up to two years, but ideally should be changed with each change of the carbon filter.

• PCB Free: Electrical equipment often includes capacitors that are made from PCBs; polychlorinated biphenyls. PCBs have been associated with a variety of types of cancers. Airpura capacitors are all made with entirely PCB-free materials.

• Pure Air Flow: Engineered so that the units motor is positioned away from the flow of air. Most air purifiers are designed in a way that as air passes over the motor, new impurities are picked up before exiting the unit. Airpura air purifiers were designed to prevent this.
