Free Shipping Policy
Honestairpurifiers.com offers standard free shipping on all orders over $99 when shipping to commercial and residential addresses in the continental US. All orders under $99 will ship for a fixed rate of $7.99 to locations in the lower 48 states.
*Free shipping strictly applies to delivery locations that are accessible to economy ground transport only.
Our standard free shipping policy does not include expedited shipping options. However expedited shipping options are available through the majority of our manufacturers. For an additional fee, determined by destination, item size and item weight, we can arrange for a variety of expedited delivery options including Next-Day, 2-Day and 3-Day shipping. Please call for expedited shipping pricing as it will vary for each brand, product and delivery option.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are excluded from our free shipping policy, and will require additional shipping charges. However, we may be able to cover a percentage of shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii. Please call for shipping quotes to these states.
Free shipping only applies to orders that you keep. For more information on this please read our Returns section.
If by chance you should choose to make changes to shipping once in transit, such as in the case of an intercept or reroutes, any additional costs incurred are not included in the free shipping policy.
Shipping to Canada
When placing an order to be shipped to Canada, after order confirmation, you may incur taxes, duties and brokerage fees associated with your order. Your order will be evaluated by both shipping companies and Canadian customs at the time of delivery, at which point they will determine the additional charges. These fees will not be reflected in your order total and are also non-refundable. Please contact the shipping company with any questions regarding these charges/fees as Honest Air Purifiers is not responsible for these charges.
Shipping Lead Times
Each of our manufacturers vary slightly in their ship out time from the date of order. Most units will ship within 1 to 5 days of when the order is placed. For orders being delivered within the United States, items should arrive at the specified address within 5 to 7 days via UPS and FedEx Ground Shipping.
Manufacturers shipping from Canada generally take a little longer to ship and deliver.
Holiday hours may affect shipping and delivery times, which could delay shipping by several days.

Listed below is specific shipping details for each manufacturer. It’s important to note that these are estimates only, and that shipping companies do not guarantee delivery dates. You can rest assured that we do everything in our power to ensure that your order is delivered as fast and efficiently as possible.
Each order placed on the website will be accompanied with tracking information as soon as it’s available. You will be able to check the status of your order at any time once you receive the tracking data. All shipping estimates are quoted in business days.
Airfree — UPS Ground out of New Jersey. Generally ships within one business day after order date.
Airpura — FedEx Ground from Canada. Generally ships within 1 to 3 business days after order date.
Austin Air — UPS Ground or FedEx Ground out of New York. Generally ships within 1 to 3 days after order date.
AllerAir & Electrocorp — UPS Ground from Quebec, Canada. Both AllerAir and Electrocorp units are made to order so there is a lead time of around 7 days to ship after order date.
Amaircare — FedEx Ground from Canada and New York warehouse. Generally ships within 7 to 14 days depending on the model and whether it’s in stock at the US location. If there is a significant delay we will notify you right away with updated shipping information.
SALES TAX
We currently do not collect sales tax for orders placed for delivery within the continental US, and located outside of the state of Rhode Island. For such orders, it is the customers responsibility to pay any applicable sales tax per their state’s tax laws. However we are required to collect and pay sales tax for all customers residing in Rhode Island, as Honest Air Purifiers is located in Rhode Island.
