How Price Comparisons Are Calculated

How to Submit a Claim
Claiming your refund is fast and simple:
- For Competitor Price Matches: Email us a direct link (URL) to the active product page on the competitor’s website showing the lower advertised price within 90 days of purchase.
- For Honest Air Purifiers Price Drops: Email us the product URL from our website showing the updated price within 6 months of purchase.
Once verified, we will process your credit back to your original payment method promptly!
Qualification Requirements & Eligibility
To qualify for our 100% Price Match Guarantee, the comparison offer must meet all of the following conditions:
- Prior Purchase: You must purchase the item from Honest Air Purifiers before requesting a price match refund.
- Exact Match: The item must be the exact same model, color, year, and specifications. (Older or downgraded models with reduced functionality do not qualify.)
- Availability: The item must currently be in stock and available for immediate purchase on the competitor’s website.
- Online-Only Retailers: The competitor must be an online-only e-commerce store with no physical retail storefronts.
- Authorized Dealers Only: The competitor must be an officially Authorized Distributor/Retailer for the manufacturer in question.
Exclusions & Non-Eligible Items
To maintain fair business standards and protect manufacturer warranties, the following situations are excluded from our Price Match Guarantee:
- Marketplaces & Auction Sites: Marketplace listings (such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Overstock, Jet.com, eBay) and private party sales do not qualify.
- Discounts & Promotions: Bundled deals, mail-in rebates, discount coupons, buy-one-get-one (BOGO) offers, clearance, open-box, or used/refurbished items.
- MAP Violations & Direct Discounts: Offers that fall below manufacturer-mandated Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) or direct manufacturer discounts lower than MSRP.
- Wholesale & Resale: Purchases intended for wholesale or commercial resale.
- International Orders: Sites operated by companies located outside the United States.
- Excluded Brands: Amaircare and Allerair products are currently excluded from this guarantee.
