The AllerAir AirMed 1 is the perfect all-purpose air purifier that can be taken just about anywhere. Weighing less than 15 lbs, the AirMed 1 provides powerful filtration with the convenience of portability. It’s one of the only air purifiers on the market of it’s size that is equipped with over 5lbs of activated carbon and a medical-grade True HEPA filter, giving it the ability to soak up and trap a broad range of chemicals, odors, particulates and allergens. 

Great for use in small spaces such as laundry rooms, small bedrooms and as a desktop air purifier. Also the perfect travel companion, it’s perfect for hotels, cabins and for use in RV’s.

3-Stage Filtration – Including Carbon Upgrade Option

1. Pre-Filter — Grabs and traps large particles such as hair, lint, pollen, dust and dander, and in doing so extends the life of the HEPA and carbon filters. Change every 3 to 5 months.
2. Medical-Grade HEPA H13 Filter — Equipped with a US made, medical-grade True HEPA H13 filter with over 12 square feet of surface area. Ability to trap up to 99.97% of airborne particles down to 0.3 microns in size. Has a lifespan of approximately 2 to 5 years depending on usage.
   
3. Activated Carbon Filter — Choose between two blends of Carbon:
   • Exec Carbon: 5.5 lbs. of activated, granular carbon in a 1” deep bed. Adsorbs airborne chemicals, odors, VOC’s and gaseous fumes. The carbon filter will typically need changing every 3 years depending on air quality and usage.
   • Vocarb Carbon Upgrade: The Vocarb Carbon is an impregnated carbon blend specifically designed to neutralize heavier concentrations of VOC’s, odors, gasses and airborne chemicals such as formaldehyde.

*UV Germicidal Lamp Option — 10-watt UV light destroys the DNA of microorganisms and pathogens including bacteria, viruses and mold spores on contact.
