The AirMed 3 Supreme has a filtration capacity that is double that of the AirMed 1 Supreme, making it ideal for those with heavy-duty filtration requirements, while still requiring easy portability. Equipped with 15 lbs. of granular activated carbon in combination with Super-HEPA filtration, the AirMed 3 Supreme provides excellent removal of chemicals, particulates and odors in any small space or room.
Can also be customized with a UV Germicidal Lamp for an additional layer of protection against pathogenic microorganisms. Perfect for travel, desktops, RV’s, cabins and small bedrooms. Covers up to 640 sq. ft. at 2 ACH (Air Change per Hour), and 320 sq. ft. at 4 ACH.

The AllerAir AirMed 3 Supreme is the perfect all-purpose air purifier that can be taken just about anywhere. Weighing roughly 25 lbs, the AirMed 3 Supreme provides powerful filtration with the convenience of portability. This model is equipped with 15 lbs. of activated carbon and a Super-HEPA filter, giving it the ability to soak up and trap a broad range of chemicals, odors, particulates and allergens. The Super-HEPA filter on the AirMed 3 Supreme removes 99.99% of airborne particles down to 0.1 microns.
There is also the option of adding a UV Germicidal Lamp, which offers an increased level of protection against bacteria, antigens, mold spores, viruses and other pathogenic microorganisms.
The perfect travel companion, the AirMed 3 Supreme is ideal for hotels, cabins and for use in RV’s. Also great for use in small spaces such as bedrooms, laundry rooms and as a desktop air purifier.
3-Stage Comprehensive Filtration – Including Carbon Upgrade & UV Option:
- Pre-Filter — Grabs and traps large particles such as hair, lint, pollen, dust and dander, and in doing so extends the life of the HEPA and carbon filters. Change every 3 to 5 months, and/or vacuum clean.
- Super-HEPA Filter —Equipped with a US made, Super HEPA H14 filter with the ability to trap up to 99.99% of airborne particles down to 0.1 microns in size. Has a lifespan of approximately 2 to 5 years depending on usage.
- Activated Carbon Filter — Choose Between Two Blends of Carbon:
- Exec Carbon: 15 lbs. of activated, granular carbon in a 3” deep bed. Adsorbs airborne chemicals, odors, VOC’s and gaseous fumes. The carbon filter will typically need changing every 3 years depending on air quality and usage.
- Vocarb Carbon Upgrade: Vocarb Carbon is a carbon blend specifically designed to neutralize heavier concentrations of VOC’s, odors, gasses and airborne chemicals such as formaldehyde and benzene.
*UV Germicidal Lamp Option — 10-watt UV light destroys the DNA of microorganisms and pathogens including bacteria, viruses and mold spores on contact.

AllerAir AirMed 3 Supreme Air Purifier Replacement Filters, Parts & Accessories
This is my second AllerAir air purifier purchased from Honest Air Purifiers. They have the best customer service!! About 3 months ago, I bought the AirMedic Pro 6 Ultra S, which is the largest AllerAir model (34 lbs activated carbon filter). It significantly improved the air quality in my apartment, eliminated tobacco smoke odors coming in from outside, and did a great job removing cooking smells. I was extremely happy with the results.
Because of that experience, I decided to get a second, smaller unit for my bedroom. I needed something compact since I have limited space on my table, I wanted an air purifier with a good weight of carbon filter combined with a HEPA filter. I compared a few different models before choosing the AirMed 3 Supreme. It had the largest amount of activated carbon and a small 11 inches footprint which was a perfect fit for my space. It’s very effective and well built.

Matt was really helpful and knowledgeable about which filter would suit my needs. I have a home based business in the basement of my home and see many very chemically sensitive people. I think the Allerair does an outstanding job cleaning the air and removing the lingering smells from an older home. The air feels lighter and smells cleaner and fresher. I love it! A few of my clients always had to wear a mask but not anymore! They don’t have any trouble anymore. This is an awesome filter.
