The AllerAir AirMedic Pro 6 Plus is the perfect choice for those looking for an uncompromising level of air quality, with a focus on chemical abatement. Built with a taller unit body and stronger motor (560 CFM) to accommodate more carbon than the Pro 5 Series, the Pro 6 Series is ideal for larger rooms and spaces depending on the level of indoor pollutants. 

Equipped with 23 lbs. of activated carbon and a Super-HEPA filter, the AirMedic Pro 6 Plus has the ability to soak up and trap a broad range of chemicals, odors, particulates and allergens. The Super-HEPA filter removes 99.99% of airborne particles down to 0.1 microns, while the thick 3” carbon bed allows for increased dwell time, and thus more efficient filtration of airborne chemicals, gasses and VOC’s.

The Pro 6 Plus has the option of adding a UV Germicidal Lamp, which offers an increased level of protection against bacteria, antigens, mold spores, viruses and other pathogenic microorganisms.

3-Stage Comprehensive Filtration – Including Carbon Upgrade & UV Option:

1. Pre-Filter — Grabs and traps large particles such as hair, lint, pollen and dust and in doing so extends the life of the HEPA and carbon filters. Change every 3 to 5 months, and/or vacuum clean.
2. Super-HEPA Filter — Equipped with a US made, Super-HEPA H14 filter with the ability to trap up to 99.99% of airborne particles down to 0.1 microns in size. Captures a wide range of fine particulates, including many types of allergens such as dust, pollen, mold spores, pet dander and pesticides. Also filters out pathogens, including viruses and bacteria. Has a lifespan of approximately 2 to 5 years depending on air quality and usage.
3. Activated Carbon Filter — Choose Between Two Blends of Carbon:
   • EXEC Carbon: 23 lbs. of activated, granular carbon in a 3” deep bed. Adsorbs airborne chemicals, odors, VOC’s and gaseous fumes. The carbon filter will typically need changing every 3 years depending on air quality and usage.
   • Vocarb Carbon Upgrade: Vocarb Carbon is an impregnated carbon blend specifically designed to neutralize heavier concentrations of VOC’s, odors, gasses and airborne chemicals such as formaldehyde and benzene.

*UV Germicidal Lamp Option — 10-watt UV light destroys the DNA of microorganisms and pathogens on contact, including bacteria, viruses and mold spores.
