The Air Rhino is one of the most cost effective, versatile air scrubbers on the market. It’s small ecological footprint, in-line HVAC connection capability and incredibly powerful filtration make it one of Electrocorps best selling units. 

With interchangeable filter configurations and industrious carbon/HEPA filtration capacity, the Air Rhino is equipped to soak up and trap a broad range of chemicals, odors, particulates and allergens. Depending on the configuration, the Super-HEPA filter removes 99.97% of airborne particles down to 0.1 microns, while the deep carbon bed allows for increased dwell time, and thus more efficient filtration of airborne chemicals, gasses, fumes and VOC’s.

Models available in horizontal or vertical orientation, with the horizontal model engineered with positive/negative air environment capability using a flange or vented outside. Can also be customized with UV Lamp feature for an additional layer of protection against pathogens.

Air Rhino Bag Filter: For Large Particulate Focus. 1-Stage Filtration:

3. 12” deep medical-grade woven HEPA filter; 99.97% efficiency down to 0.3 microns
4. 4.5 lb, 2” deep Activated Carbon filter

The above filters are interchangeable within the Air Rhino housing unit, allowing for conversion from heavy particle filtration to chemical, gas, fume and VOC focused filtration. This gives you the ability to match the appropriate filtration for the job or application as needed and right on-site. 

Filter Description & Maintenance Details

Prodense Pre-Filter: As the first stage of filtration, the Prodense pre-filter helps to prolong the life of the HEPA and Carbon filters by trapping large pollutants and particulates.

Dust Filter: Targets large particulates such as dust and debris. Extends the life of the HEPA and Carbon filters by trapping large pollutants and particulates.

Super-HEPA Filter: US made, medical-grade pleated HEPA filter with the ability to trap up to 99.97% of airborne particles down to 0.1 microns in size. Captures a wide range of fine particulates, including many types of allergens such as dust, pollen, mold spores, mycotoxins, pet dander and pesticides. Also filters out pathogens, including viruses and bacteria.

100 lb Carbon Filter: 100 lbs of specially formulated, activated carbon blend for commercial and industrial chemical abatement. The carbon filter is designed to remove heavier concentrations of VOC’s, fumes, smoke, smoke by-products, airborne chemicals, odors and gases. Specifically targets many chemicals emitted as a result of commercial manufacturing processes such as formaldehyde, benzene, sulfide gas, sulfuric acid gas, methane and mercury vapor to name a few.
