The Airwash MultiPro is a best seller among professionals for a reason. It’s lightweight, portable and customizable design make it extraordinarily versatile; ranging in use from industrial, commercial and institutional applications. It excels in the remediation and restoration space for its small footprint, yet powerful performance — delivering from 250 CFM all the way up to 800 CFM. It’s stackable design allows you to stack up to three units on top of each other, which has the potential to deliver a massive 2400 CFM when needed. With a wide range of filter options, the Airwash MultiPro features a unique customization ability for just about any air quality and chemical abatement scenario.   

We have four Airwash MultiPro configurations to choose from, however depending on your needs, other configurations are available upon request. For example, if formaldehyde is of particular concern, ask about the Formaldezorb blend of carbon, which is available in place of the Activated Granular Carbon in both the 5 lb VOC and 30 lb Ultra VOC canisters. Configurations below.

Airwash MultiPro Base Model: For Heavy Particulate Focus. 3-Stage Filtration:

1. Media Pad intake pre-filter.
2. Pleated MERV 8 intake pre-filter.
3. Perfect Seal™ 14” True HEPA filter measuring 88 sq. ft. 99.97% efficient down to 0.3 microns.

Airwash MultiPro with Inner Carbon Blanket: For Heavy Particulates & Light VOC. 4-Stage Filtration:

1. Media Pad intake pre-filter.
2. Pleated MERV 8 intake pre-filter.
3. Perfect Seal™ 14” True HEPA filter measuring 88 sq. ft. 99.97% efficient down to 0.3 microns.
4. Carbon Blanket Inner Filter. 1/2” think non-woven polyester impregnated with activated carbon.

Airwash MultiPro with Moderate Chemical Abatement: For Heavy Particulates & Moderate VOC & Chemical Adsorption. 4-Stage Filtration:

1. Media Pad intake pre-filter.
2. Pleated MERV 8 intake pre-filter.
3. Perfect Seal™ 14” True HEPA filter: Measuring 88 sq. ft. 99.97% efficient down to 0.3 microns.
4. Inner VOC Carbon Canister: 5 lbs of Activated Granular Carbon

Airwash MultiPro with Heavy Chemical Abatement: For Ultimate VOC & Chemical Adsorption. 3-Stage Filtration:

1. Media Pad intake pre-filter.
2. Pleated MERV 8 intake pre-filter.
3. Ultra VOC Carbon Canister: 25 lbs of Activated Granular Carbon

*NOTE: This configuration does not utilize a HEPA filter. The 25 lb carbon canister and the HEPA filter are both designed to occupy the same space within the unit housing.

Filter Descriptions & Maintenance Details

Media Pad Intake Pre-Filter: As the first stage of filtration, the Media Pad helps to prolong the life of the True HEPA filter by trapping large pollutants and particulates. Replace every 2 to 3 months under normal conditions.

Pleated MERV 8 Pre-Filter: Engineered with 2.35 sq. ft. of HEPA type filter media, the MERV 8 targets large particulates such as dust, hair and pollen. Replace every 3 to 4 months under normal conditions.

Carbon Blanket Filter: 1/2 inch thick, impregnated carbon blankets. Adsorbs airborne chemicals, odors, VOC’s and gaseous fumes. The carbon blanket filter will typically need changing every 6 months depending on air quality and usage.

VOC Carbon Canisters: 5 lbs. of specially formulated VOC carbon blend for heavy chemical abatement. Adsorbs heavier concentrations of VOC’s, fumes, smoke, smoke by-products, airborne chemicals, odors and gases. Replace every 12 months under normal conditions.

Formaldezorb Carbon Canisters: 5 lbs. of proprietary granular carbon blend for heavy VOC and formaldehyde abatement. Specifically designed to target formaldehyde as well as neutralize heavier concentrations of VOC’s, odors, gasses, smoke, smoke by-products and airborne chemicals. Sources include furniture, adhesives, electronics, tobacco smoke, paints, carpeting and household cleaning agents. Replace every 12 months under normal conditions.

Ultra VOC Carbon Canisters: 25 lbs. of specially formulated VOC carbon blend for maximum chemical abatement. Adsorbs the heaviest concentrations of VOC’s, fumes, smoke, smoke by-products, airborne chemicals, odors and gases. Replace every 12 to 18 months under normal conditions.

Ultra Formaldezorb Carbon Canisters: 25 lbs. of proprietary granular carbon blend for maximum VOC and formaldehyde abatement. Specifically designed to target formaldehyde as well as neutralize the heaviest concentrations of VOC’s, odors, gasses, smoke, smoke by-products and airborne chemicals.
